At the Holocaust Museum green group was able to talk to two Holocaust Survivors who were members of the kindertransport.

Green group learning how money is made at the Bureau of Engraving and how mail has been delivered throughout history at the National Postal Museum.

At the American History Museum students visited an exhibit on POWs in the Vietnam War, with items donated by former Dixon teacher, Mrs. Drussel’s father.

Green group at the African American History and Culture Museum.

From the shores of the Potomac and the Hazy Museum yesterday to the Bureau of Engraving today for Pink Group. This is where they design and print US Currency. We weren’t allowed to take photos on the tour but we did get to see what a million dollars in ten dollar bills looks like.

We’ve been to the Smithsonian museums of American History and African American History.
