Last night, our community gathered for a second time in unity across Rhode Island for a powerful time of prayer and agreement.
We stood together believing for protection and restoration over families, first responders, our healthcare system, and our education system. We continued to intercede for all those affected by the Pawtucket Ice Rink shooting, lifting up every individual, family, and leader impacted by this tragedy in Pawtucket.
A sister in Christ and victim advocate, I’Loner Weaver, joined us and shared insight into the deep and often unseen hardships faced by victims of violent crimes. Practical resources were provided, including information about state advocacy groups and a faith-based counseling service currently accepting clients. We are grateful for tangible help alongside prayer.
Join us tonight as we conclude this week’s united prayer series. We are believing for increased wisdom, direction, healing, and divine help in Jesus’ name.
There is power in agreement. There is strength in community. And there is hope for Rhode Island.

The Rhode Island community continues to grieve. 💔 As we continue processing the recent tragedies stemming from violence. The weight is heavy. The fear, anger, and confusion are real.
But we will not respond in despair—we will respond in prayer. We are continuing Community Prayer via Zoom tonight and tomorrow night, and we are calling on all prayer warriors and anyone carrying a heavy heart to join us.
Tonight, we will be praying:
• For Rhode Island and everyone impacted by these recent tragedies
• Against domestic violence and acts of senseless harm
• For peace and protection over our schools and neighborhoods
• For our healthcare system and first responders
• For wisdom and direction on how we can respond
• For healing for victims and their families

Last night, believers gathered in prayer and petition in response to the recent tragedy caused by gun violence in our state of Rhode Island.
With heavy hearts, we cried out to the Lord for the family directly effected, as well as healing, restoration, reformation, justice, and divine direction for Rhode Island. We sought His wisdom on how to respond to the threats of darkness and confusion facing our communities. The evening closed with heartfelt discussion and the sharing of available resources to support those impacted.
As we continued pressing in for RI, reports surfaced of an active shooter situation at Lincoln Mall — while we were warring in the Spirit.
And the Lord heard our prayers. No one was injured. The act was halted before police arrived. We thank You, Jesus, for divine protection. We continue to pray for justice in Your name.
As an organization committed to “Safely Equipping Lives Against Harm,” we are calling our community to remain steadfast in prayer with us for the next two nights, believing God will heal our land and give us clarity on the next steps to prevent violence and protect our state.
Details for prayer tonight through Friday will be posted later today.Let’s unite in spirit, faith, and love for Rhode Island.

The Rhode Island community is grieving. 💔
As we are still recovering from the recent tragedy at Brown University, we are now facing another devastating act of gun violence at a local high school senior hockey game. The weight of this is heavy. The fear, the anger, the confusion—it is real.
But as people of faith, we do not respond in despair.
“For where two or three gather in My name, there am I with them.” — Matthew 18:20
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers…” — Ephesians 6:12
We are inviting you to join us for a Virtual Community Prayer Gathering as we seek the Lord together:
• For healing for victims and families
• For peace over our schools and neighborhoods
• For wisdom for leaders
• For protection over our children
• For guidance on how we, as a community, are called to respond
When we come into agreement, Heaven moves.
