INCH at BTS Night Market NOW! Find us and get your own Risoles and Sweet Corn!

Come grab some homemade Indonesian risoles tomorrow at the BTS Night Market - Sayles Hall from 6:00-8:30pm! We will also have steamed cup corn kernels topped with condensed milk, shredded cheese, and chocolate sprinkles, and the infamous Indomie a.k.a Indonesian-style ramen. Hope to see you guys there! ✨

As a part of ASEAN Week 2014, INCH organized a cooking workshop led by Hans Christian, a member of INCH and a senior at Johnson and Wales University. Participants of the workshop had the chance to learn how to make and taste some famous Indonesian dishes, including: gado-gado, Indonesian version of salad that commonly consists of boiled vegetables, eggs, tofu, and potatoes; Indomie pancake; and soda gembira, literally translated to "happy soda", a refreshing beverage made by mixing together strawberry Fanta and condensed milk.

Thanks to everyone who came to our end of semester lunch! We enjoyed seeing everyone there, and we hope to see you all next semester!
