Proud day today for our new 2019-2020 Veazie Street Safety Patrol as they begin their new roles as student leaders! We had a lovely belting ceremony followed by a parade through the halls!
We were lucky to be joined by many Veazie families that came to support the students as well as Councilman David Salvatore , Providence Police Department Officer Matt, Mrs. Dottie Smith, and Dr. Fran Gallo for supporting our students and making their day special! Last but not least thanks to teachers Mrs. Paris-O’Brien & Mrs. Bissitt for another year of facilitating our Safety Patrol!

Our Veazie Lions are the Elementary Hoops Champions! They worked so hard for this and showed excellent sportsmanship the whole season! Congratulations to both teams. Huge thanks to our coaches Mr. Pelagalli & Ms. Brown; our cheerleaders & their coaches, Ms. Daniels & Ms. Pena. Special thanks to our Veazie teachers, staff & families that supported us all season!
