Mindfulness Monday tip of the week: Try this fun mindfulness exercise: see the color. 🌈
While you’re moving through this practice, slow down and really see what’s in front of you. Notice the textures, the patterns, the shapes, the subtle shifts in color. Let your eyes explore the details instead of rushing past them.

When we mindfully open our awareness to the color green (or any color), it becomes more vivid. The colors are always shining brightly, even when our headspace feels dim.

Mindful Monday tip of the week: Mindfulness isn’t about being perfectly calm, it’s about being fully aware.

Ever tried brushing your teeth or drinking your coffee with your non-dominant hand?

It sounds simple but it’s a powerful mindfulness exercise.

When you switch to your less dominant hand, your brain can’t run on autopilot. Suddenly, every movement requires attention. You slow down. You focus. You feel what you’re doing.

Mindful Monday tip of the week: Pause and notice where your thoughts are. Are you stuck on the “worry” channel?

Now imagine you’re holding a remote control. Gently press pause on that thought. You don’t have to fight it—just choose not to keep watching it.

Then switch the channel. Ground yourself in the present moment. Try 5-4-3-2-1:
5 things you can see
4 things you can feel
3 things you can hear
2 things you can smell
1 thing you can taste

Take a few deep breaths. Readjust your posture.

You have more control over your focus than you think.

This quote could not be more true!

Sometimes the loudest critic we hear is our own voice. Our self-talk can turn harsh, judgmental, and convincing. But here’s the reminder you might need today: just because you think it, doesn’t make it true.

Your thoughts are not facts. You are not your worst inner commentary.

Be gentle with yourself. Challenge the narrative. And if you need support along the way, we’re here to help.

Mindful Monday tip of the week: Mindfulness helps reduce stress, improve focus, and create a greater sense of calm.

Here’s a simple mindfulness practice you can weave into your daily life.

The next time you’re walking, pause the autopilot. Bring your attention to the present moment and the simple act of walking. Feel your steps, notice your breath, take in what’s around you.

What do you notice when you’re truly here?
