Eric is the Director of the Mexican Institute for Mindfulness and brings 20 years of experience teaching . He has conducted research on the effects of mindfulness practice on immune system functioning in a multicultural setting with Spanish and non-Spanish speakers at UCLA's Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology. Eric successfully developed mindfulness programs at a Fortune 500 company and is passionate about bringing mindfulness to multicultural settings.

Give a warm welcome to Jacquie Dover! Jacquie has joined our faculty as a MBSR Teacher Trainer in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teaching Certificate offered in partnership with the Mindfulness Center at Brown.
As a community health nurse, mindfulness facilitator and registered yoga teacher, Jacquie is passionate about holistic health, evaluative thinking and lifelong learning. She is trained in MBSR at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies in Toronto, and she is currently a student in the 2-year Community Meditation Teacher Mentorship Program at True North Insight Meditation Society.
