This page is for the soon to be fans of the up and coming animation company, Kingdom Artz. Dedaf Ssenkard and Dreamworld Saga. So What’s the Big Surprise?
In the year 2010… a group of college students from the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area decided to discuss plans about developing a video game, simply for fun. From this group was: Nathaniel Nill, a graphic design student, with an already pre-obtained major in Game Design and Aaron Torrefiel, another graphic design student as well as an avid storyteller / storywriter. Also comprised of this gro
up was a series of game enthusiasts and storytellers. This consisted of: Steven Holiday, Adam Braga, Peter “Axel” DeAngelis and Theodore DeBarros (aka Teddy). From the minds of these individuals, they were able to developing amazing ideas for stories. It was only until the fall of 2010, when the founders, Aaron and Nathaniel decided to fully establish the projects for two amazing game ideas. From this moment on, with the help of local friends, and Lemar Thomas (an avid artist from CA), Kingdom Artz began to bloom into an exciting opportunity, which hopes to break into the ever elusive video game industry. The Games:
Dedaf Ssenkrad: A game based from a universe Aaron Torrefiel had been creating since 2004, this mission-based RPG combines the elements of the occult, the paranormal, conspiracy theories, drama, and intense action all in one. The game will currently progress through hand drawn stills and voice acting. Dreamworld Saga: An idea stemming from minds of co-founders of Kingdom Artz, the co-founders (Nathaniel and Aaron) used their natural talents to expand it into a full blown story of epic proportions. The game will be an action oriented RPG similar to the Zelda and Kingdom Hearts series. The game story will contain elements that involve parodying today’s trends in gaming and anime, while providing an engaging and dramatic story that will lead to a unique experience. Future Projects:
Furcadia Star Story
Dreamworld Saga – Memories of a Distant Boy
The Melody of Time
Merit's War
"Un-named Project A"-currently a work by Aaron Torrefiel with no working title. How we will do it:
Unlike most video game companies, Kingdom Artz is going to be built from the ground up with honesty, integrity, and overall passion and ethical business practices. The co-founders (Nathaniel and Aaron) believe in using Kingdom Artz as an organization to bring people up. The co-founders believe they can create a great organization, even with limited possibilities. Kingdom Artz may not be a mulit-million dollar company like SquareEnix, Bungie or Konami, but Kindgom Artz does have fresh talent. Aaron Torrefiel (co-founder) thinks that would we should rather use someone who has good talent but has not yet received acclaim from the masses. He wishes to accomplish this by finding people who have talent that had not been noticed by the massive music and video game industries and have a desire to move forward with their natural given abilities. This means that if you are constantly on youtube posting your original musical, artistic, and voiceover work with the hope of getting noticed, be on the lookout: he may have already seen you! We are also surfing around the internet so if we come across your fan based work, don't be surprised to see and email from us asking about your interests! Keep in mind, Kingdom Artz is still within the developmental stages, so everyone (including the founders), are working on a voluntary basis. Well, Nathaniel Nill and Aaron Torrefiel can’t do it by themselves (imagine if they have to do all the voice acting, now that won’t be great, won’t it?), so they are asking for people who would like to help them and join them towards achieving their goals as an organization! This means, we’ll be looking for people who can program, draw, perform voiceovers, write, create 3d models and test. If you feel you have some of the necessarily abilities, then you are more than welcome to come aboard! While you may have these talents, please do know in advance that we are also looking for people who practice accountability, honesty, integrity, enthusiasm, high energy, and a desire to succeed! Pessimistic, lazy, dishonest jerks need not apply.
**Keeping this in mind, these jobs do not pay any money. If Kingdom Artz becomes fully accredited company, with the help of your success, then you will be fully compensated for your efforts guaranteed!
