LASO at Brown University LASO is Brown University's Latin American Student Organization whose goal is to unify the various Latino groups on campus.

Latin American Student Organization (LASO) at Brown University is a student organization open to Latino-identifying undergraduate students and to those who desire to learn more about Latino community and culture. We strive to cultivate a sense of identity, community, and unity through campus outreach, greater community involvement, and numerous other activities. We hope to foster understanding by sharing the culture and experience of people of Latin American descent at Brown and beyond. Eligibility for LASO is open to all full-time undergraduate members of the Brown community. LASO does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, disability, status as a veteran, s*xual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or s*x.
