Pyramid of Harm: This pyramid assists us in recognizing harmful behaviors ranging from lack of respect to violence. Let's call out the lower levels to prevent escalation.
Bystander 5 D's Model: Be a proactive bystander! Distract, Direct, Delegate, Document, and Delay! Together, we can build a community based on consent and respect.
