Frog Week is back, and we are currently in Week 19, and the letter S. Block 5: "Expand Your World." Our overarching theme for this block is "New Experiences." I encourage you to lean into this theme through our specific focus areas for the week. This includes exploring new cuisines, making an effort to meet new people, and practicing introspection by asking yourself, “Where am I playing small?”

To help you engage with this theme, we have established several weekly challenges. For your family challenge, please find a moment to take a group picture together. Regarding well-being, I invite you to identify and begin implementing one small positive habit.
