If you look 👀 at my past, you won't see a polished traditional political resume. Years ago, I made choices I am not proud of. I was deep in the drug game making money, chasing shadows, and living a life that ultimately led to a dead end. I know what it looks like when a community feels forgotten, because I was part of the problem, and I watched the streets chew up people I cared about.
At a certain point, I had to look in the mirror and decide if I wanted to keep being part of the decay or start being part of the cure. I gave up the hustle, turned my back on that life, as you all know and chose a harder, more honest path: now doing the work to lift up the neighborhood that raised me is my life’s mission.
Everyday people have asked me why a guy with my background thinks he belongs in politics. My answer is simple: Because the people currently running things have never walked a mile in our shoes.👞
Too many politicians talk about crime, poverty, and broken neighborhoods like they're reading data points off a spreadsheet. They don't know what it's like to navigate systemic failure, to struggle for a second chance, or to watch local businesses and families get squeezed by high utility bills, failing schools, and a housing crisis that feels impossible to escape. I do. I’ve lived it, I've survived it, and I’ve spent years working hard every single day to make things right for for my home and family 🏡
Redemption isn't just about forgiving the past; it’s about proving your worth in the present. I am running for State Representative because our state capitol needs less empty rhetoric and more people who actually know how to fight for working families, small business owners, landlords and tenants, and everyday folks who just want a fair shot in the world 🌎
I’ve changed my life, and now I want to help change our state. I'm asking for your trust, your voice, and your vote so we can shake up the status quo and build a safer, stronger future for District 13.
