Annie Chernow Wahl wrote a children’s book about drumming! Back in 2021 when she was the Director of Percussion at Coppell High School, Annie hosted a Girls March camp. We are so happy to help promote her newest endeavor: Ellie the Elephant Wants to Play the Drums! Illustrated by Monika Roe, Annie’s self-published book is now available on Amazon.

With the help of her friend Barry the baboon, Ellie begins to follow her heart despite what the animal kingdom tells her she must do. Join Ellie and her friends as they change the ways of the animal kingdom for good!”
