Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP)
We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team!
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role:
As a DSP, you will support adults with intellectual disabilities in a day program setting. You'll help individuals build independence, participate in meaningful activities, develop life skills, and engage in their community while providing encouragement and respectful support.

Responsibilities Include:
Assisting individuals with daily activities and goals
Supporting community outings and recreational activities
Encouraging independence and personal growth
Maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
Completing required documentation as needed
