provides a comprehensive program of nurturing and learning for children from 6 weeks to 12 years of age. We believe that each child is unique and brings to the program his/her own personal set of experiences, beliefs, and values formed by his/her family. We are committed to developing an individual program, which supports and enhances the individuality of each child and their family. We are commit

ted to meeting the basic needs of young children for self-identification, sense of competence and worth, acceptance and self-esteem, for opportunities to explore, investigate, question and experience success, and for relationships with adults and children that recognize individual rights and the rights of others. We attempt to meet these basic needs by preparing and planning a rich learning environment which allows children to develop skills in cognitive, physical, social-emotional, and language areas. We commit ourselves to working with each child at his/her own pace to build on each child’s strengths and interests, and to provide many positive and varied learning experiences daily. Grandmas Learning Center, Inc. views the parents as the prime educators of their children as well as the essential link to the development of new interests and skills. We are committed to involving parents in the child’s daycare experience as well as providing them with a level of comfort and security while their child is at Grandmas Learning Center. Lastly, Grandmas Learning Center is committed to providing an opportunity for parents to be involved in the programming designed for their individual child as well as the overall program.
