Been talking about Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebekah, Jacob and Esau, and Joseph this week in Bible Class. Here's the tricky twin tricker tricking his uncle Laben (Jacob). And Joseph's brothers throwing him into a pit.

Part of being a great scientist is learning that failure is okay. First attempt at the moon surface... failed. Second attempt.... pretty cool. We made eight balloon cars last week. Only two left the building intact and one of those popped on the porch at pickup time. We learned hot glue is not a good sticking agent to use in building a balloon car. Did you know hot glue dissolves Styrofoam? Failure is a part of learning and good scientists fail all the time. And that's okay. A wise man once said, "Never let the fear of failure stop you from trying." Good scientists always try. We did however successfully create cirrus clouds in a Mason jar today. Will try again on Friday and hopefully get a picture this time. Science is so cool. 😀
