Such an awesome day! We started out with our annual green eggs and ham family breakfast made some rainbow colored snow and finished off with a scavenger hunt looking for a pot of gold. Pure joy and so much fun!

It was a hard week adjusting to the snow for thse littles. This week we leaned alot about oursleves. When we set firm boundries and expectations children will always rise to meet them. You have contol over your body and the choices you make. . This has seemed to be the theme in our classroom this week. No snow suit means you dont get to play in the snow. No gloves means cold hands. 3 days later , and they get it! Looking forward to a winter of laughter and fun!

Pre K Graduation Day! I love these moments, today we reflected on all the little moments, I cried and laughed as I watched them play. I’m in total awe at the people they have become. I can’t believe how swiftly the time goes. I can tell you I am so happy to be the one that got to help mold and grow your babies.
May you both continue to be the strong leaders you were called to be!
Congratulations Kayden and Adilynn! I hope you rule Kindergarten!

This month has had an odd start. A family emergency, vacation followed up with flooding. Not having anyone to fall back on when the unexpected occurs is the most challenging part of my job. This childcare setting can be hard. Hard on the families and hard on me. I can’t thank my families enough for always standing by me. I know this year has been the hardest on all on all us. I’m glad we can hold eachother up in our times of need. Life is unpredictable . But one thing is for certain, this job is my passion and honestly I couldn’t imagine doing anything else any where else. Creating this environment where these children are free to learn, grow and take risks is everything. They build strong friendships, they have great communication, and have the best imaginations not to mention they are the sweetest! Its everything a provider wishes for their littles.
