WSCTC Law Enforcement Program The West Side CTC Law Enforcement Program prepares students in obtaining employment with the United Chief Daniel E.

Hunsinger of the Forty Fort Police Department is the current instructor of the program. Chief Hunsinger has 38 years of experience in the law enforcement field and 35 years as a police officer.
