🍎🍏 MunchIt 🍏🍎

Yesterday, Princeton Elementary School celebrated California Crunch with a BIG apple crunch! 🎉 Our entire elementary school gathered in the cafeteria, counted down together, and then took a bite into their apples . ALL AT ONCE!

This month, we were excited to highlight Noble Orchards in Paradise, CA. A historic local orchard known for its delicious apples! 🍏🌳 Noble Orchards grows several varieties of apples, along with peaches, nectarines, and citrus. They also make fresh-pressed apple c***r, juice, and apple butter!

We loved learning about a local orchard while celebrating, fresh, healthy food and our local community! ❤️

Career Day was a great success! We were happy to welcome students from William Finch Charter School, Walden School, and Elk Creek to join us for this special event.

A huge THANK YOU to all the vendors who took the time to come out, share their knowledge, and give our students a glimpse into different career opportunities. Your time and support make a difference in helping students explore their futures!

A special thank you to Lisa Chavez for putting this event together!

We appreciate everyone who helped make Career Day a success! 💚🤍

Thank you!

We had a great time attending Princeton High School’s Career Day!

Thank you to the students and staff for welcoming Glenn County RCD and giving us the opportunity to share more about conservation, natural resources, agriculture, and the many career paths available in these fields.

We loved connecting with the next generation and sharing how meaningful and rewarding a career in conservation can be!
