Perkins Early Childhood Center

Today is the last day to sign up and pay for our field trip. If you have questions please reach out to your teacher for assistance.

Students will be out of school Thursday and Friday, March 12-13, while teachers have a work day and professional development. Princeton ISD schools and offices will be closed Monday-Friday, March 16-20, for Spring Break. Normal office hours and classes resume Monday, March 23.

Attention parents:

Princeton schools will release early on Friday, Feb. 27, for elementary UIL and will follow this schedule:

Clark, Mattei and Southard release at 12:30 p.m.

PHS and Lovelady release at noon, but lunch is served from 12:05-12:30 p.m. with buses running at 12:30.

Godwin, Harper, Green, James, Lacy, Lowe, Mayfield and Smith release at 1:30 p.m.

Canup and Perkins release at 1:40 p.m.

Reminder: Class picture is tomorrow!

Princeton ISD schools and offices will be closed Friday, Feb. 13, and Monday, Feb. 16, for a 4-day weekend. Normal office hours and classes resume Tuesday, Feb. 17.

For everyone’s safety and to help keep our students healthy, we kindly ask that no siblings attend, due to limited space.
Also, only the 2 adults who registered on the form can attend the party.

The google form for our Valentine’s party will close at 4:00 today. No one will be permitted to register for the party after the form closes.
As a reminder, no siblings are allowed to attend and a maximum of 2 adults will be admitted to the party.

While we are aware that conditions on major roadways are improving, the rural roads in the southern portion of the district are not in good shape, with some still covered in snow and ice. Out of an abundance of caution, Princeton ISD will be closed again Thursday, Jan. 29, to keep buses and our more inexperienced high school drivers off the roads. We hope to see everyone back in school on Friday, but stay tuned for further weather updates.

With continued poor road conditions, Princeton ISD schools will be closed again Wednesday, Jan. 28.

With temperatures not expected to get above freezing to improve hazardous road conditions, Princeton ISD will not have school on Tuesday.

All after-school events will also be canceled.

Forecasts show rising temps on Tuesday, but we will continue to monitor conditions and send an update if necessary. Stay warm and enjoy the added time at home with your kids.
