Gesher Lekesher Gesher LeKesher Princeton Mercer Bucks (“Bridge to a Connection”) is a high school Jewish peer leadership program.

Our goal is to create caring, vibrant communities where values and the culture of Judaism are experienced, respected and integrated. Gesher is a high school Jewish peer leadership program. Madrichim begin training with a fall retreat, and continue to attend training sessions during the school year to socialize and learn new skills. Working in small groups, Madrichim use their newly mastered skills through a leadership curriculum on hot topics through a Jewish lens to plan and lead outreach sessions with Talmidim from local synagogues.
