Smith Elementary needed a little help to ensure its flags could be properly lowered in remembrance and observance of Sept. 11, and the PISD maintenance crew answered the call.

On very short notice, these gentlemen arrived at Smith and quickly repaired the flagpole, allowing the campus to honor this important day.

Smith Elementary staff is grateful for their quick response, helping hands and dedication to our schools.️
