🍪 A SWEET SURPRISE FOR OUR MCA STAFF 🍪

A massive THANK YOU to Dr. Foley and the amazing team at FOLEY ORTHODONTICS for dropping off an absolutely delicious cookie cake for our staff today.

They sent it over to wish everyone a great school year, and it was such a wonderful surprise for our teachers. We are so incredibly blessed to have such fantastic community partners who support The Castle.

Thank you again, Dr. Foley!

📖 THE ANVIL: TWO DOGS IN THE FACE OF THE KING 👑

We had a very special (and incredibly intimidating 😂) guest at The Anvil today. Pastor Chandler brought in his "ferocious" dog, Bruno, to help deliver an amazing message to our students.

Using our furry friend as an object lesson, Pastor Chandler dove into 1 Samuel 17:43 and 2 Samuel 9:1-8 to talk about "Two dogs in the face of the King." It was such a powerful lesson on identity and perspective.

The core message? There is a massive difference between how the world sees you, how you see yourself, and how the King sees you. We are so thankful for these weekly moments where our Knights can grow in their faith and learn exactly how valuable they are in the eyes of God.

Check out some photos of our guest preacher Bruno and today's incredible service below.

🥞 BREAKFAST FOR LUNCH👑

Who doesn't love breakfast for lunch?

Today in the cafeteria, we are serving up some delicious French Toast, savory sausage, and a fresh fruit salad. Breakfast for lunch is always a massive hit, and our Knights are definitely eating like royalty this year.

🥢 TINY KNIGHTS HARD AT WORK 🥢

Our K4 students have been working hard (and having a ball) developing their fine motor skills.

Mrs. Dove gave these tiny Knights took on a super fun challenge: using chopsticks to pick up and sort foam balls. It takes a lot of focus, patience, and coordination, but they absolutely crushed it.

We always love seeing our youngest students learning and growing through hands-on play. Check out these awesome pictures of them in action.

👑 QUEENS OF THE COURT: TOURNAMENT RECAP 🏐

What an absolutely incredible Saturday at The Castle! Tournament Coordinator Coach Boothe said it best: "This was our best volleyball tournament to date."

Most importantly, to God be the glory for providing 8 Christian schools with a beautiful day of fellowship and fun. The camaraderie and sportsmanship amongst all the teams was truly sweet to witness.

Please join us in congratulating our tournament winners after a championship match that was absolutely off the charts:

🏆 Tournament Champions: Beth Haven Christian Academy (and a special shoutout to Tournament MVP Boo Vance! 🌟)
🥈 2nd Place: Lewisburg Baptist Academy
🥉 3rd Place: Your MCA Knights

We have to give a massive shoutout to our own young Lady Knights team. They played their hearts out, securing a fantastic 3rd place finish with an impressive 3-1 record on the day. We are so proud of you, girls!

A huge THANK YOU to the Princeton Elks 1459 for their generous sponsorship, and to our amazing Knight faithful for all the hard work and volunteer hours it took to make this event such a massive success. We loved hosting everyone and are already looking forward to next year!
