My Abruzzi Garden

Better late than never! Thanksgiving week in Princeton where we were altogether at the same time in about 5 years. Left to right Zachary, me, Emberly, Matthew (in back of Emberly), Novalee held by Mama Jessica and Jonathan. Three darling grandchildren belong to Jonathan and Jess. Great time had by all.

Celebrated Christmas in August with all my first cousins and I prepared a great My Abruzzi Garden Dinner with authentic cold Gazpacho soup, Green salad with pears, dried cherries and goat cheese, Cornish Game Hens with a fabulous Mushroom Gravy, Eggplant Rolatini, Risotto with Grilled Asparagus and Smoked Mozzarella, and Rapsberry-Mango Panna Cotta and Italian Cheesecake for dessert. Wonderful time had by all!!
