We will not be having Cooking with the Rays today. We have finally been able to get someone from Starlink (our internet provider) to come and check everything for us. When we got this system, we had to install it ourselves and it never has been what we had hoped it would be. So the tech guy may be here during the time of our cooking Live to check it all out for us. We will be back next Monday though.💕💕

🎀Here’s our prayer journal prompt for today 🎀

There is so much strength in silence. 💕🙏🏼

When Jesus stood before His accusers, He didn’t argue, explain, or try to convince everyone of who He was. He knew the truth, He knew His Father, and He trusted God with the outcome.

Sometimes we exhaust ourselves trying to defend our intentions, explain our choices, correct every misunderstanding, or make sure people know our side of the story. But not every accusation requires an answer. Not every misunderstanding needs an explanation. And not everyone is entitled to our defense.

Sometimes the most peaceful thing we can do is simply be still and allow God to handle what we cannot. 🙌🏼
Today I’m praying for the wisdom to know when to speak and the strength to remain silent when God is asking me to let it go.

Lord, help me trust You enough to know that I don’t always have to defend myself. You know my heart, You know the truth, and that is enough. 💕🙏🏼

Another lesson in the Art of Letting Go…sometimes letting go means letting go of the need to explain ourselves. 🩷

🎀Here’s our prayer journal prompt for today 🎀

Forgiveness doesn’t always mean giving someone the same access to your life that they once had. Sometimes forgiveness and healthy boundaries need to walk hand in hand. 🙏🏼💗

We can release the hurt, let go of the bitterness, and choose forgiveness while still having the wisdom to protect the peace God is restoring in our hearts. 🌸

You can forgive someone and still say, “I love you, I wish you well, but I need boundaries.” Forgiveness is about freeing your heart—not opening the door for the same hurt to happen again.

Today, let’s pray for the wisdom to know the difference between holding a grudge and setting a healthy boundary. Ask God to help you forgive with grace while also giving you discernment about what—and who—you allow into your space. 💕🙏🏼

✨ You can have a forgiving heart AND healthy boundaries.

Both can be part of your healing. 💗
