Our third and fourth-grade students are diving into Spanish through fun, hands-on activities. Fourth graders practiced pronunciation and grammar using three-part cards featuring different kinds of food, while third graders explored the grammar of places. To top it all off, students put their vocabulary to the test with a lively round of Spanish Bananagrams!

Our Lower Elementary second-graders recently wrapped up their Leadership projects! In this weekly class, students develop essential leadership skills by presenting in front of the class. Each student chose a topic of interest, researched key facts, selected supporting images, and created an engaging lesson - complete with a visual board and follow-up activity! Through this process, they gained confidence in public speaking, clear communication, and the art of teaching.

Tapping into nature 🍁🌳! PMonts parent, Jonathan, visited the Primary program to show students how to tap a maple tree for sap. The children learned about tree parts, the role of sap, and the syrup-making process before heading outside to see it in action! They're now collecting and monitoring the sap daily. When it's ready, they'll boil it down into maple syrup. Such a sweet lesson to remember!
