Thanks you to everyone who has made Nassau Helicopters a wonderful and educational place to experience the thrill of flying a helicopter! We would like to thank the countless people responsible for the top notch instruction and impeccable safety record. We also thank you, the students and customers, for over a quarter century of business and people's dreams coming true. We are sad to see the school close, and we will never forget the memories we have made here.
As one door closes, another opens. Please welcome Platinum Helicopters! This new school is located in the same hanger that the great Nassau Helicopters had once occupied. We are happy to see fresh ideas and perspective brought to the school. Evan Van Gilson, owner and chief pilot, brings a decade of flying and teaching experience to the school as well as a couple tricks of the trade. Platinum Helicopters is dedicated to teaching you the safest and easiest was to learn how to fly, just like Nassau did.
