good pronunciation and articulation

Interesting, an engaging topic, quality content, Interesting topic (pieces come together)
Creative/unique/personal voice
Passion regarding the subject matter
Write to know your audience,
Content that makes sense, storytelling is logical and can be easily followed (sentence connect to each other), logical structure
There should be a point to the speech, has a purpose/message

Effective and clear delivery, retain the audience's attention, charismatic, confidence, good projection, good atmosphere, memorable, welcoming
Speak loudly and clearly, enunciate, speak a natural, yet varied speed,
