Strength & Conditioning for BJJ and Resilience and Longevity

Building a stronger, fitter, more resilient body is essential for any grappler interested in longevity or success in competition. Unfortunately, bad information often leads grapplers to over-train, under-recover, waste time, and fail to meet their body-composition goals.

Join coach Joe (NASM-certified trainer and peak performance consultant), coach Gerry, and Frank Chmiel to learn a no-nonsense, grappling-specific approach to fitness that optimizes for the long haul.

The session will be equal parts hands-on workshop, discussion, Q&A, and lecture.
