Sending as much healing energy as I can imagine all those impacted by the fires in Los Angeles. I pray that in the midst of it all, you can be gentle with yourself, you can take moments to ground and anchor with those who know and love you. I hope there are moments you can come back to your breath and feel your feet rooted on the ground as the world around feels so unsteady. If you are in a new space, hotel, friends home, a shelter, I hope you can find tiny touchstones of peace in the midst of chaos. If you can (many times a day) place your hand over your heart and stomach. Feel the weight of your hand, notice your chest rise and fall. Allow you eyes to gaze from side to side as your gently move your neck. Allow yourself to hummm or make the sound "VOOOO" which sends a calming signal to your nervous system. Allow yourself to hear familiar music, do familiar body movements and meet yourself with compassion and love. One hour at a time. Sending immense love from NJ to LA. May you be safe and protected as you move through this unimaginable time.

Using guided meditative tools. Gentle somatic movement and intuitive connection , I help women dip their toes in the water of intention setting and mindful & compassionate self-care in a safe , trauma-informed , one to one environment. (You can also bring a friend ! )
