Out of Your Element

Out of Your Element High and Low Ropes Challenge Course Participants will develop self-confidence and trust through a series of group initiatives and games.

Out of Your Element is a high ropes adventure camp on the Princeton Day School campus offering summer programs for beginner and advanced climbers in grades 3 through 12, facilitator courses for students in 9th through 12th, and corporate, university, and private events and programs. They will have the opportunity to challenge themselves on our state-of-the-art high ropes adventure course. This high ropes camp offers the climber an opportunity to stretch themselves with challenging elements on the PDS ropes course. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to push yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of achieving! Founder and lead facilitator of Out of Your Element Jill Thomas, at PDS since 1988, has the following philosophy, “it is all about the journey, and the friends you make along the way.” Coach Thomas has been teaching and coaching for more than 30 years, and is now into her third decade of encouraging students to go out of their element through both high and low ropes challenges.
