Take a deep breath as you spread out your wings, embracing the fullness of the moment. With each inhale, feel the air fill your lungs, expanding your chest like the delicate wings of a butterfly unfurling to greet the sky. Hold this breath for a moment, savoring the stillness.

Then, gently close your wings as you exhale, releasing any tension or stress. Let the breath flow out slowly, carrying away the weight of the day, leaving you lighter and more centered.
