★What style do you practice? We practice Shotokan, the most popular style practiced around the world today. It's characterized by deep stances, dynamic movements, and powerful punches and kicks.

★What are the practices like? We will learn skills unique to Shotokan that can be used for self-defense or for sparring. Strength training and mental training is integral part of practice, too.

★Who can join? Anyone! From child to adult, beginners to advanced, men and women. No prior martial arts experience needed.
