Wilberforce Summer Course | Worth the
Wait — Canning & Food Preservation

Students will learn canning, dehydrating, and pickling
while building real kitchen skills, exploring the science
behind preservation, and discovering the value of

Our final tournament of the season was this past Saturday, and the team gave a strong, steady effort. After a challenging start in the first two rounds, they stayed focused—and it paid off. The Wilberforce School finished with the highest percentage of wins. 🎉
Grateful for the work this group has put in all season. 👏

Our Classical Roots students in Grade 9 had the opportunity to visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. They presented on a variety of artifacts, including bronze statues from Greece, marble busts from Rome, and even an Etruscan chariot.
