Jennifer Super for ISD 477 School Board I’m a mom of 2, wife, dog mom and career professional. We moved to Princeton in 2016 looking for a small community to raise our 2 kids.

I grew up in Elk River and attended SCSU receiving degrees in Criminal Justice & Public Safety Executive Leadership. I wanted to take the opportunity to share a bit more about my platform. I have three areas of focus:
1. Improving safety and security in our schools. One of the keys to our students’ success is having a safe place to learn. This can include improvements to physical structures, stron

g discipline processes, and safety education.
2. Expanding mental health resources for students and employees.
3. Further developing district communications including emergency, curriculum and community relations. Expanding district communications will improve transparency and allow parents to feel more connected and involved in the district.

I have been amazed and moved by the number of posts today remembering 9/11. The pictures and stories of that day still bring tears to my eyes. Gage and I had the privilege to visit the 9/11 Memorial this summer where we learned about the survivor tree. The tree is an amazing testament to the strength of our country. I recently received the Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) designation by the International Association of Emergency Management (IAEM)!! This certification requires higher education, continuing education, and professional contributions. These contributions required leadership, project management, community engagement, and collaboration among other skills. All skills necessary to be a member of the ISD 477 School Board!

My kids have been proud to be Tigers since their first day of kindergarten! In fact, we are painting a 3 foot tiger on my son’s bedroom wall. Go Tigers!!
