Infant 2 Gold explored a colorful world with items thoughtfully grouped by color! 🌈 This engaging activity encourages hands-on discovery as little learners observe, touch, and interact with each color set.

Two's 4 Blue explored different ways to manipulate and transfer sand using safe kitchen utensils! The children scooped with spatulas, filled measuring cups, and smoothed with rolling pins. This sensory activity teaches spatial relationships, math concepts, and builds self-help skills!

Singing action songs with puppets adds a playful layer to familiar tunes. Teachers in Infant 2 Blue animate characters while children watch and imitate gestures. This experience promotes language development and imaginative play!

Two's 3 Gold explored cause and effect as they drew on boards and wiped them away again and again! Drawing with writing tools helps children lay a foundation for future writing, while wiping away the marks with a cloth or eraser lets children practice their clean-up skills, an important piece of self-help and learning to care for their environment.

Preschool 4 Blue used their fingers and hands to explore as they used colorful sand on contact paper! The children used their fingers to swirl and mix the color as they worked on sharing colors and passing them around to their peers!

With our Bright Horizons signature practice of Daily Sensory Experiences, we look to engage all children’s senses. Toddler 3 Blue did this by exploring the taste of naturally red foods, such as watermelon. Tasting natural foods introduced the children to healthy food options, while also expanding their vocabularies as we describe the taste, smell, and textures of food! 🍉
