Staff Spotlight: Yesenia Molina - Assistant Principal

Hello everyone! My name is Yesenia Molina, and I am thrilled to join the Lowe Elementary family as your new Assistant Principal.

Education has been my passion for more than 30 years. I began my career as a bilingual teacher, teaching grades 1–5, and have spent the past five years serving as an Assistant Principal - two years in Dallas ISD and the last three years in Mesquite ISD. Throughout my career, I've discovered that what I enjoy most is building meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families while creating systems that help everyone succeed.

One of the things I value most is supporting teachers and helping them grow in their profession. I believe that great schools are built on strong relationships, collaboration, and a shared commitment to continuous learning. My goal is to be a partner to our educators by listening, celebrating successes, providing meaningful feedback, and coaching in ways that strengthen confidence and refine instructional practices. I believe we accomplish our best work when we learn from one another, work together as a team, and always keep what matters most at the center of every decision—our students.

When I'm not at school, you'll probably find me planning my next adventure. I absolutely love to travel and am a huge cruise enthusiast with a total of 122 cruise days so far! I enjoy exploring new places, meeting new people, and making memories along the way.

I am truly honored to be joining Lowe Elementary and can't wait to get to know each of you. I look forward to learning alongside you, building strong relationships, and working together to create an environment where both our students and educators thrive. Here's to an incredible school year!

Staff Spotlight: Chilanda Buchanan - CTC

Hello Lowe Elementary and Family,

My name is Chilanda Buchanan. I am excited and honored to join the Lowe Elementary staff and family. I bring 26 years of experience. Throughout my career, I have served as both a classroom teacher and a campus leader, supporting students, teachers, and families with a heart for service and student success. I believe in building strong relationships, creating a positive school culture, and helping every child reach their full potential. Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and finding joy in life's simple moments. I am grateful for the opportunity and look forward to an amazing school year!

Staff Spotlight: Mrs. Anna Holland - Dean of Students

Mrs. Holland is coming to Princeton ISD from Dallas ISD with 20 years of experience in education, including being an assistant principal, dyslexia teacher, and bilingual classroom teacher. She went to New Mexico State University for her BA in Foreign Language, and UNT for her Masters in educational leadership.
Mrs. Holland was an Air Force kid and lived in a new state every 2 to 3 years growing up, but the DFW area has been home since 2006. She enjoys camping, biking, cooking, crafting and reading. She is a cat mom to two Maine C***s who take up much more time and energy than any cats should!
