Absolutely thank you!!!

Princeton ISD has more than 200 paraprofessionals on staff to offer their critical assistance in every facet of the educational process.

They are vital in the classroom, and we could not do what we do without them.

Stay home stay warm.

To ensure the safety of our students, staff and families, all Princeton ISD schools and facilities will be closed Monday, Jan. 26, due to area weather conditions and the forecast for Monday.

All school-related activities, including after-school and extracurricular programs will be canceled as well.

We will continue to monitor conditions and update if the need arises.

We had a great time visiting my son’s old elementary school — some new faces, and some of the same caring ones. Always good to see the heart of the school still shining.

Mrs. Carol,
Thank you for everything you have done for so many. You gave so much of yourself to this community. You were a great role model not only to me but to all of Princeton. You are deeply loved, and you will be truly missed by our entire community.

The lives you touched are countless, just like the many years you dedicated to serving others.

Rest in peace

To our teachers, staff, and administrators—thank you for the heart, dedication, and passion you bring to our students every single day. Your commitment is what makes our district strong, welcoming, and successful.

Wishing everyone in our community a safe, joyful, and restful Thanksgiving. May this season remind us of the power of gratitude and the importance of coming together.

Happy Thanksgiving, Princeton ISD! 🦃🍁

🚌 BUS SAFETY REMINDERS:

Princeton ISD’s top priority is student safety, and ensuring all students are transported to and from school safely on district vehicles is our commitment to the community.

All Princeton ISD buses are equipped with 3-point seatbelts. Students are expected to take their seat immediately upon boarding the bus and remain seated with their seatbelt appropriately fastened for the duration of the route, as required by state law. Students who refuse to take their seat and fasten their seatbelt at the campus will be removed from the bus and parents will be called to pick them up.

Students are expected to keep conversations at a reasonable level and may not yell or communicate in any way that could pose a distraction to the driver.

Students are not permitted to throw items or behave in any way that could pose a distraction to the driver. Additionally, students are expected to comply with the instructions of the bus driver immediately while traveling in district vehicles.

Our community is growing rapidly, which means roadways are crowded with many under construction. It is imperative that our bus drivers be able to concentrate on their routes and not be distracted by misbehavior from students.

Violations of these expectations will result in disciplinary consequences, up to and including permanent loss of bus privileges. #BusSafety 11/23/2025

With all the construction happening around our streets, this is a great reminder to go over the rules of riding the school bus with our kids. A quick conversation about staying seated, listening to the driver, and keeping aisles clear can help everyone get to and from school safely.

This morning I had the privilege of dropping off doughnuts for our Princeton ISD bus drivers. 🍩🚍 These men and women are the true early risers—out before the sun to make sure our kids get to and from school safely each day. Their dedication often goes unnoticed, but it’s such an important part of what makes our schools run. Thank you to all our transportation staff for the care and commitment you show to our students!
