The Hun Fund is the most important funding priority that supports the student experience each year. Tuition alone does not cover the full cost of a Hun education. Gifts to the Hun Fund help bridge the gap between tuition revenue and the true cost of educating each student, ensuring that Hun can continue to provide exceptional academics, athletics, arts, student support, and transformational opportunities both inside and outside the classroom.

Every gift, no matter the size, helps move us closer to the finish line and directly impacts today's students.

As we proudly reflect on the five outstanding individuals inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame last month, we invite you to help recognize the athletes, coaches, and leaders who have made a lasting impact on Hun athletics by submitting a nomination for future induction cycles. Nominations are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis, with August 15 serving as the deadline for consideration in the 2027 Alumni Recognition Ceremony during Alumni Weekend.

🌟 Carl Jackson '94 lettered in five varsity sports at Hun – fencing, football, soccer, indoor track, and lacrosse. He was part of the 1993 Prep State Championship football team and won the 1994 NJ State Individual Epee Championship, also serving as co-captain of both fencing and lacrosse.
🌟 Scott Gifis '96 captained Hun's hockey team to the New Jersey Prep State Championship and earned two-time All-County and All-State honors, leading his final team in goals, assists, and points while earning a place on the NJ All-State All-Star Team.
🌟 Matt Loy '06 left Hun as its all-time leading goal scorer, with a career total that still ranks among New Jersey’s all-time best. A four-year starter and senior co-captain, he earned four All-Bianchi and four All-State honors.
🌟 Lucy DiPastina Jordan '06 was a four-year varsity starter and three-time All-State champion whose teams captured four MAPL, three Prep A, and four Mercer County Championships during her time at Hun.
🌟 John Law P '10 dedicated 23 years to coaching Hun football, building a legacy that includes four MAPL championships, seven state championships, and generations of student-athletes impacted by his leadership and mentorship.

On Friday April 24th, we gathered to do what the Hun community does best — celebrate the people who make this place extraordinary! 🎉

This year's Alumni Recognition Ceremony honored three incredible award recipients, each one a reminder of what it means to truly carry the Raider spirit forward.

✨ John Gale Hun Medal – Patrick M. Ryan P '01 '06 '11, whose decades of leadership, generosity, and dedication to Hun have left a lasting mark on this school;
✨ Distinguished Alum Award – Nora Saunders Dunnan '06, co-founder and Chief Development Officer of Five Iron Golf, a leader who's been building things – and communities – since her days on campus;
✨ Alum of the Year – John "Jay" Ruhle Jr. '66, a champion of Hun in every sense of the word, whose generosity, loyalty, and vision have shaped generations of Raiders.
