Congratulations to our Pearl of Excellence Winner, Ms. Lisa Collins!

Ms. Lisa Collins has been incredibly helpful, flexible, and supportive as we begin this school year. Her depth of knowledge in Foundational Skills and her ability to take initiative and know what needs to be done with minimal direction have been invaluable. She has truly been a Godsend to our PAES family!

Ms. Collins’ positive and friendly demeanor helps create a welcoming and positive school climate. She also takes the time to build meaningful relationships with the students she works with, creating the trust and rapport necessary to help them grow and experience academic success.

Ms. Collins exemplifies dedication, professionalism, compassion, teamwork, and a commitment to helping every student succeed. Her willingness to step in, support others, and make a difference does not go unnoticed.

We appreciate you, Ms. Collins! Thank you for being a true Pearl of Excellence and for making PAES a better place each day!
