Our preschoolers read 1,486 books during our 8th annual Read-A-Thon! We had guest readers and reading parties in our classrooms every day. Thank you to all of our amazing families for your support. Great things are happening at Christian Beginnings Preschool! We appreciate all those who have contributed to our fundraisers to make our new awning possible. We also were awarded a grant for a greenhouse next to our outdoor classroom. Thanks to our volunteers that helped with assembly. We are looking forward to growing together!

It is time for our sixth annual Read-a-Thon fundraiser!

For 10 days in the beginning of March, each student will have a record kept of books that they read. Their goal is 50 books in 10 days. This is a great way to get kids excited about books! Reading to children and looking at books together are the MOST IMPORTANT ways to develop reading readiness skills!

Family and friends can support our preschoolers by making a pledge for each book they read. Sponsors can set an amount that they would like to give.

Please support our students to promote a love of reading and raise funds for preschool activities and materials. 100% of funds raised directly support Christian Beginnings Preschool. Pledges can be accepted online in the form of a credit card payment with St. John Vianney Church's Faith Direct account through March 31. Type "Read-a-Thon" in the note section.
