Roasa Youth Empowerment Series (RYES) We spotlight positive young people age ranging from 12-30 years old.

RYES means ROASA Youth Empowerment Series and it's a mentoring program that connects ROASA's professionals with young people to inspire them to follow in their footsteps. The ROASA Youth Empowerment Series (RYES), pronounced, “rise”, is a platform that serves to offer professional-to-youth relationship building. It is to encourage disadvantaged minorities to make better choices in all areas of the

ir live, such as family, school, work, and their community. RYES serve to match successful professionals with young people who are interested in learning from positive role models. Through RYES’ mentoring efforts, our Professional-valued Providers will provide a clear and direct path for youth to overcome obstacles to achieve success in their life. RYES offers:
• Professional-to-Youth Personal Relationship building (one-on-one- and visual interactive discussions)
• 12-Step African American Historical Journey Series (monthly online workshops)
• Creative Expression and Theatrical Performing Art Series (bi-annual)
• Business Social Awareness and Networking Series (monthly meet-n-greets)
• ROASA Ancestral Sightings (online storytelling of phenomenal individuals)
