Ok all, here is what the itinerary is looking like. The venues are set, the times and particulars are still tentative. I will get pricing out as soon as we nail down catering, DJ's, cook out cost, etc. If anyone has a boat they would like to bring on Saturday I am sure we can work fuel cost into the equation. Just let me know.

Friday evening 7-10: All class mixer Ranch Club, light appetizers, cash bar, menu available.

Saturday:
10:00 AM Tour PRLHS
11:30 AM Mud Hole for a cook out
7:00 PM Kings for dinner

Sunday:
Plan amongst yourselves for those who do not need to travel

Another option for catering

Good morning all, sorry I have not been very diligent to this point. As some of you may have heard, my Dad passed in February and we have been settling his estate and celebrating his life. I just got back from the lake Sunday.
On to business.
I think first we need to decide the following.
When will it be?
How long will it last?
What venues will we use?
What will the cost be associated with it?

Traditionally I think the itinerary goes something like:

Friday evening social hour
Saturday group event
Saturday evening dinner
Sunday Morning breakfast

I think that may be too much. Maybe Friday evening for those who can make it and Saturday events.

I was talking to Tracie Finney at my Dad’s celebration and she had mentioned that a few years ago she went to an all class event and it was held at the old school house. She said it went very well. So that may be something to consider. If we decide to do that I guess we would be the sponsoring the event and then find folks from different classes to wrangle there people up.

I think once we have dates we create an event and send out invites
If we go with the all class idea, we can make it start in the afternoon into the evening. Maybe cook out and have live music. Maybe Ben Baker can get the band back together. :)

These are all just suggestions on my part. Please, please, please, chime in with thoughts and ideas.

I deleted the original thread we had about the spreadsheet. With two links it was confusing Here it is in Google Drive. I have started updating it. If you know where any of these folks are ask them to join and update the sheet. If they don’t do social media maybe you can get the info and update it for them.  I will keep working on getting all our classmates on it

I guess our first step should be getting a list of classmates email addresses to start getting an idea of the interest. I believe I can create and share a spread sheet here that we can all edit. If we can’t do it here I can do it on Google docs and share it that way. I will pull out my annual and create a sheet with everyone’s names.

Great idea, thanks John. I’ll be in town arriving May 14 and leaving the 21st. If anybody that lives in town wants to get together and throw some ideas around. I’d love to see everybody anyhow. Didn’t have time last spring.  Joel
