As a new school year begins, many families are planning walking routes, bus stops, carpools, and after-school activities. This is a great time to become familiar with your neighborhood and the surrounding communities.

At Meaningful Mindz Learning Center, the safety of our children is always our top priority. As part of our commitment to keeping children safe, our staff reviews the Utah S*x Offender Registry each month so we can stay informed while out on field trips, neighborhood walks, community outings, and other activities.

We also encourage parents to take a few minutes to check the registry for their own neighborhoods, as well as nearby communities where your children may spend time with friends, family, sports, or other activities. Remember, the registry includes both men and women, and some offenders may be registered in neighboring cities rather than your own.

Due to the popularity of the ATV courses held at the Carbon County Fairgrounds in March, Utah Division of Outdoor Recreation, Rocky Mountain ATVMC Helper Dealership and the Southeast Utah Health Department will hold 2 ATV courses in Emery County and 4 NEW Side by Side/UTV courses in both Carbon and Emery County. Visit recreation.utah.gov/youth-ohv-hands-on-courses to sign up for a class! Note: age restrictions apply for the UTV courses, no exceptions!

3-Year-Old Preschool

Our 3-year-old preschool program introduces children to the excitement of learning in a structured, nurturing environment where they can grow and learn at their own pace.

Children develop:

▪︎ Colors, shapes, matching, and sorting
