We ended Community Helper Week with a special visit from the Floyd County Health Department! ❤️

Thank you so much for taking the time to come speak to our kiddos and for bringing Hazel along for the visit. They had an absolute blast!

ALC truly has the best parents and grandparents. We are so thankful for each of you and for all the amazing community helpers who took time out of their busy schedules to make this week so special for our children. ❤️

A big THANK YOU to Mayor Rick Hughes for helping us wrap up Community Helper Week at Adventure Learning Center! ❤️

We appreciate Mayor Hughes taking time out of his busy day to visit with our kiddos and share a little about being a community helper. And, of course, the popsicles were a big hit! 🍧😊

Can’t say enough about the Floyd County Sheriff’s department. 🚔 Our kiddos loved being able the sit inside the car, see the equipment, and learn about the duties of the Sheriffs department.

We are so fortunate to have such wonderful community leaders and helpers! Thank you Misha for organizing and assisting with the visit today

🚒🚑 HUGE shoutout to Prestonsburg Fire & Rescue/EMT! ❤️

Thank you so much for visiting Adventure Learning Center. Our students loved learning about how firefighters and EMTs help keep our community safe, as well as getting to see and learn about some of the equipment they use every day.

We appreciate you taking the time to make this such a fun and meaningful learning experience for our little ones!

Community Helper Week is always one of my favorites! We have the best helpers that are always willing to make lasting memories/connections for these kids.

Thank you to Nurse Practitioner Carlee Salisbury for participating in Community Helper Week at ALC! Carlee taught the children the proper way to clean and care for a boo-boo. We truly appreciate her taking the time to visit and share her knowledge with our kiddos! ❤️
