4-H Great Lakes & Natural Resources Camp Go fishing! Hike through forests! Wade through wetlands! Explore dunes!

These are just a few of the many exciting activities that teens at 4-H Great Lakes and Natural Resources Camp can do. 4-H Great Lakes & Natural Resources Camp is an annual MSU pre-college program held in late July or early August on the northern shores of Lake Huron in Presque Isle, Michigan.

A great evening of career exploration at 4-H Great Lakes & Natural Resources Camp!

Campers discovered what it takes to manage Michigan’s forests and wildlife, protect communities from wildfires while using prescribed fire to improve habitat, monitor aquatic invasive species alongside fisheries scientists, and even deploy remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROVs) to investigate underwater habitats and historic shipwrecks beneath the Great Lakes.
