Congratulations to Officer Josh Morrow on being selected as the Police Department's Employee of the 3rd Quarter! Officer Morrow is one of our day shift patrol officers, and he stays quite busy on that shift handling calls.

Officer Morrow has started doing computer crimes cases and liaising with the State Police Computer Crimes Unit. Last quarter Officer Morrow investigated several of these cases that led to him getting search warrants for the residences, seizing evidence, and identifying suspects in these cases. He has also continued to work diligently on a massive home repair fraud case.

Aside from that, he serves as a crisis negotiator for the Cumberland County Emergency Services Unit (ESU).

Congratulations Officer Morrow on this well-earned and deserved recognition!
