The Valley of Aroostook will be surrendering their charters in July.
I recommend joining one of the other Valleys. Your dues must be current to affiliate with the new valleys. You won’t be required to start paying dues to that valley until they new dues notices are sent out for the 2027 yr.

Only 18 days left to become a Maine 32nd Degree Scottish Rite Mason (in one of the six Maine Scottish Rite Valleys) and Shriner (in either Kora or Anah Shrine). Five Scottish Rite Degrees and the Shrine Ceremonial to be conferred on October 19th at Kora Shrine Temple, 11 Sabattus St., Lewiston. The first joint meeting in 12 years.

If you are a Master Mason, you are eligible to join both organizations in perhaps the most beautiful Shrine Center in America. And at reduced prices! If you are already a member, plan on attending and see some magnificent degrees and experience a great day of Masonic Fellowship.

Last Saturday the Valley of Aroostook was pleased to have 4 candidates for the 2023 Grand Master's Class held in honor of MW Daniel E Bartlett.

We had two Brothers from Limestone Lodge #214, Ben Boyden and George Glew.

We also had two candidates from Katahdin Lodge #98 in Patten, Brothers Edwin MacArthur and Jonathan Purdy.

Also in attendance from the Valley were Deputy's Rep Ill. Bro Derik Smith and his son Bro Erik Blacksmith.

Last night we met for our stated meeting with Abbey Clair the Executive Director of the House of Comfort who spoke about their facility.
For those those that couldn't make it, the Valley of Aroostook, AASR, NMJ will be exploring ways to assist this entity in its quest to help families in possibly there most difficult time.
If you think you might be interested in helping us help them please let us know. Volunteers are needed and some require training so please give it some thought and see what we might be able to offer this great Aroostook County entity.

Last night we hosted a Veterans, 1st responder supper at Rodney's in the Northeastland Hotel, great evening by all that made it. Thanks for a memorable evening my friends.
