Howdy y'all! This is the second of our three Hot Chocolate and Bosa Doughnuts events THIS Friday

Since it's a bit chilly out, we're waiting a month for RED Fridays to start up, so in lieu of that we're hosting Hot Chocolate and Bosa Doughnuts!

Come on out this Friday the 26th between 7am - 12pm or until we run out! It'll be in front of the SVO.

Every Summer, the week before school Detachment 028 Air Force ROTC kicks off with Zero Week Training. This year we partnered with them to create a kick off BBQ. We did two raffles, and were able to donate a dollar from every meal to the AFROTC Program here at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Prescott Campus. The Fall semester is here and we are ready for school!

One of our very own students veterans was a team member of this project! Congratulations Chris, you and the outstanding group of students who built this are amazing! Great job!

Its been pretty busy in the last week here at the SVO! We had our last Bi-monthly meeting of the semester. We held our end of semester event and issued the graduation garb to our graduating seniors. We completed the night with a massive nerf gun fight and plenty of BBQ from Colts. Friday we held our last event of the semester- the last Red Friday BBQ. We had left over BBQ that day, two of our members donated the remaining food to the first responders on campus who are controlling the fire south of Prescott. It was a busy but incredibly rewarding week and fun was had by all. We look forward to next semester, with hope for an even better school year.

On Saturday we held our 5K Donut run with great success! The main picture seen here is a 3-person donut team, followed by a picture of all our volunteers and participants, and a contestant in the AFROTC Push-Up contest. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make this event a reality. And thank you to all the participants who came out. Next Fall we plan on doing a bigger, better 5K!

Congratulations to the scholarship awardees! We had two students receive our SVO scholarship and another two received scholarships from the American Legion Post 6 riders.

Perhaps one of the best ERAU events is Casino Night! SVO members got together to play a few rounds of black jack and won some great prizes!
