FEMA is excited to announce the release of the Fiscal Year 2024 Notices of Funding Opportunities (NOFOs) for the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) and Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA) grant programs. These funding opportunities offer a combined $1.35 billion to support mitigation and resilience-building efforts across the nation.
$750 million available through BRIC: Designed to support innovative, large-scale mitigation projects and build capacity to address natural hazards.
$600 million available through FMA: Focused on reducing flood risk for National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) policyholders, particularly for repetitively flooded and substantially damaged properties.
