I've talked to numerous parents that are now facing an uphill battle with their "at-home" students. Whether it is dealing with large "learning packets" or with the stresses of online learning assignments, or perhaps not being given ANYTHING to work on, both parents and students are looking for help. It's not easy to know WHAT to do, WHEN to do it, and HOW to overcome challenges when they arise.

I'm here to help!

When I was working as a online-learning coach for New York City's Innovation Zone, I not only consulted with other teachers on how to set their class up for individualized online learning, I also designed supplemental tools to help keep students ENGAGED and having fun while learning without being near their peers.

I highly recommend khanacademy.org to parents struggling to engage their children in at home studies! Unfortunately, finding online learning resources isn't what's going to be difficult in these times... its going to be building a curriculum and holding your students accountable while trying to deal with everything else you have going on.
